The Workspace is intended for organizations that administer, deliver, or have subject-matter expertise in public benefit programs.

Prosper Canada reviews requests and assigns access appropriate to each contributor's responsibilities.

Jurisdiction-based permissions

Contributors only receive access to benefit content within their assigned jurisdictions, such as federal, provincial, territorial, regional, or municipal programs.

Editorial workflow

Contributors suggest updates to eligibility, applications, benefit details, contact information, and other content.

Submit for review

Proposed changes are submitted to the Benefits Wayfinder team.

Prosper Canada review

Prosper Canada reviews submissions for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and editorial quality.

Publication

Approved updates are published by Prosper Canada to Benefits Wayfinder and may also become available through the Partner API.

Prosper Canada retains final publishing control.
Contributors can propose updates but cannot publish changes directly to the public Benefits Wayfinder website.
